Effective Date: October 28, 2026
1. About HomeHub LLC
HomeHub LLC (“HomeHub,”, "HomeHub LLC" “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a construction project management application designed to help construction professionals and project teams organize project information and coordinate their work.
Depending on the plan and features available, the service may include project records, punch lists, daily logs, scheduling, files, selections, team communication, and related tools.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HomeHub LLC’s website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
You agree to notify HomeHub LLC promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for managing invitations, assigning appropriate permissions, and ensuring that the individuals you invite are authorized to access the workspace and its information.
You may only access projects, files, and other information for which you have permission. Workspace administrators should promptly update access when team members change roles or leave a project.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access, use, or disclose another user's or customer's information without authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or workspaces.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.
- Upload malicious software or content intended to compromise the Service or other users.
- Use the Service to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of another party's rights.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, or right to access project information.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access or suspend accounts as reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, and the Service, subject to applicable law.
4. Customer Content and Project Information
“Customer Content” means information and materials submitted to or stored through the Service, including project records, photographs, documents, punch lists, daily logs, schedules, selections, and messages.
You or your organization retain ownership of Customer Content to the extent you hold those rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to HomeHub LLC.
You grant HomeHub LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, comply with applicable law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload Customer Content and authorize its use as described in these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use and sharing of Customer Content comply with applicable laws, contracts, confidentiality obligations, and project requirements.
You should not upload information that you are not authorized to share or that the Service is not designed to handle.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original software, interface, design, branding, logos, and other HomeHub LLC materials, is owned by or licensed to HomeHub LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, HomeHub LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
Except as expressly permitted by HomeHub LLC or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from HomeHub LLC's intellectual property.
These Terms do not grant HomeHub LLC ownership of Customer Content, nor do they grant you ownership of HomeHub LLC's intellectual property.
6. Construction Project Responsibilities
HomeHub LLC is a project management and coordination tool. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment, expertise, supervision, or independent verification required for construction work.
You and your organization remain responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of project information.
- Making construction, engineering, architectural, scheduling, and safety decisions.
- Complying with applicable building codes, permits, laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Ensuring that work is performed by appropriately qualified and authorized individuals.
- Maintaining required project documentation and records.
- Confirming important instructions, deadlines, changes, and approvals with the relevant parties.
Information recorded in HomeHub LLC does not, by itself, establish that construction work has been completed, inspected, approved, or accepted unless the relevant facts and authorized approvals support that conclusion.
You are responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable for your particular project and workflow.
7. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes
We may update, improve, add, or discontinue features of the Service as development and business needs evolve.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Before launch, any applicable service-level commitments, support arrangements, backup procedures, and recovery commitments will be specified in the relevant service documentation or customer agreement.
8. Fees, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Any fees, subscription plans, billing intervals, payment obligations, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund policies applicable to paid features will be disclosed before purchase and documented in the applicable order, subscription agreement, or other written terms.
If HomeHub LLC offers paid subscriptions, you agree to pay the fees disclosed and accepted when purchasing the applicable plan, subject to the terms governing that purchase.
Before paid launch, HomeHub LLC will publish the applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account closure and workspace termination procedures will be made available through the Service or by contacting HomeHub LLC.
HomeHub LLC may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, use the Service unlawfully, or where continued access would expose HomeHub LLC or other users to significant harm.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary.
The effects of suspension or termination on workspace access, subscriptions, and Customer Content will be governed by these Terms and any applicable customer agreement.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, outstanding payment obligations, applicable disclaimers, and liability provisions, will survive to the extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. HomeHub LLC does not guarantee that the Service will meet every user's requirements or that all information entered, displayed, transmitted, or stored through the Service will always be accurate, complete, or available.
HomeHub LLC does not provide construction, engineering, architectural, legal, financial, or other professional advice merely by making project management tools available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HomeHub LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from or related to use of the Service.
Any limitation on HomeHub LLC's total liability, exceptions to those limitations, and treatment of claims involving data loss, confidentiality, security, or third-party conduct must be established in the final agreement following legal review.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
Any obligation for a customer or user to indemnify HomeHub LLC for third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from unlawful conduct, unauthorized Customer Content, or violations of these Terms must be defined in the final agreement following legal review.
Nothing in this section creates an obligation beyond what is included in the final, legally reviewed Terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to HomeHub LLC's Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms. If a separate written agreement governs the handling of Customer Content or personal information, the applicable documents will be interpreted together, subject to any express order-of-precedence provision.
